Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the skewers on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked, turning occasionally.
