Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup cashew paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is tender.
  4. Stir in the tomato puree, cashew paste, and cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
