Ingredients
- 1 lb dried white beans
- 4 chorizo sausages
- 1 ham hock
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the dried white beans in water overnight.
- In a large pot, combine the soaked beans, chorizo sausages, ham hock, chopped onion, minced garlic, bay leaves, and sweet paprika.
- Add enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until the beans are tender and the flavors have melded together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
