Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plantains, mashed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  2. Add the milk gradually and mix until a thick batter forms.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
