Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets, such as cod or haddock
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 leek, sliced
- 1 liter fish stock
- 200ml heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onions until translucent.
