Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb

- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- In a saucepan, combine the lingonberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the lamb patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lamb patty on each bun, topping with lingonberry sauce, lettuce, and tomato.
