Ingredients
- 2 lbs Faroese lamb ribs
- 1 cup lingonberry jam
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the lingonberry jam, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
