Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, chopped onion, olive oil, sumac, salt, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine the filling.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a small circle on a lightly floured surface.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and feta filling in the center of each dough circle.
- Pinch the edges of the dough together to form a triangle, enclosing the filling.
- Place the fatayer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the fatayer cool for a few minutes before serving.
