Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound pizza dough
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions, parsley, olive oil, sumac, salt, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching the dough together to form a triangle shape.
- Place the fatayer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
