  • 1 pound pizza dough

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, onions, parsley, olive oil, sumac, salt, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching the dough together to form a triangle shape.
  6. Place the fatayer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
