Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour the honey-chili sauce over the shrimp and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
