Ingredients
- 500g fermented bamboo shoots, sliced
- 300g pork, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3-4 green chilies, slit
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the pork slices and cook until they are browned.
- Stir in the fermented bamboo shoots, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pork is cooked through and the flavors are well combined, remove from heat.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
