Fermented Bamboo Shoot Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 500g fermented bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 300g pork, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3-4 green chilies, slit
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  3. Add the pork slices and cook until they are browned.
