Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice and water. Let it sit at room temperature for 8-12 hours to ferment.
  2. After fermentation, add yogurt, salt, green chilies, and cumin seeds to the fermented rice mixture. Mix well.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
