Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice and water. Let it sit at room temperature for 8-12 hours to ferment.
- After fermentation, add yogurt, salt, green chilies, and cumin seeds to the fermented rice mixture. Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled.
