Ingredients
- 2 cups fermented soybeans
- 4-5 fresh green chilies
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Using a mortar and pestle, crush the fermented soybeans to a coarse texture.
- Add the green chilies, onion, ginger, and garlic to the crushed soybeans and continue to grind until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add salt, sugar, and water. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Store the chutney in a clean, airtight jar and let it ferment for 2-3 days before serving.
