Ingredients
- 2 large turnips, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 4-6 cups water
Instructions
- In a large glass jar, combine the cubed turnips and sea salt.
- Pour enough water over the turnips to completely submerge them.
- Cover the jar with a clean cloth or cheesecloth and secure it with a rubber band.
- Place the jar in a cool, dark place for 3-5 days, stirring the mixture once a day.
- After 3-5 days, the turnip juice will be fermented and ready to drink.
- Strain the liquid into a clean bottle and refrigerate before serving.
