Instructions
- Wash the fiddlehead ferns thoroughly and trim any tough ends.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, sliced shallots, and red chili to the wok. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp paste to the wok and continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
