  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6-8 dried red chilies
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, julienned
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add dried red chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.
