Fiery Chili Garlic Noodles (辣椒蒜香面)

Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) Chinese wheat noodles
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 red chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced red chilies, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok, along with soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
