Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6-8 dried red chilies
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the dried red chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated pork slices and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
  4. Push the pork to the side of the wok and add the garlic, ginger, and green onions. Stir-fry until aromatic.
  5. Combine everything in the wok, season with salt, and stir-fry for another minute.
