Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
- 3-4 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced chili peppers and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Return the fried tofu to the pan.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir well to coat the tofu.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
