Ingredients
- 12 oz (340g) Chinese wheat noodles
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 3 tbsp (45ml) Chinese black vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30ml) sesame oil
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Sichuan peppercorn powder
- 1/4 cup (60ml) fiery chili oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, sesame oil, Sichuan peppercorn powder, fiery chili oil, garlic, and green onions to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and toss until well coated.
- Serve the noodles in individual bowls and enjoy!
