Fiery Naga Delight

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp Naga chili paste
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with Naga chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken is tender.
  4. Add the slit green chilies and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
