Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the coconut milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
