Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
