Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the pork tenderloin by slicing it lengthwise, but not all the way through, and open it like a book.

- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
