Ingredients
- 2 cups finger millet (ragi)
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash the finger millet (ragi) and soak it in water for 2 hours.
- Drain the water and grind the finger millet to a coarse paste.
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add the ground finger millet paste.
- Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Wet your hands and shape the mixture into small balls.
- Serve the finger millet balls (ragi sangati) with your favorite curry or chutney.
