Ingredients
- 2 cups finger millet flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Warm water, as needed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the finger millet flour and salt.
- Add warm water gradually and knead the mixture to form a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into round discs using your palms.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the flattened discs on it.
- Cook the flatbreads for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot.
