Finger Millet Flatbread (kodo Ko Roti)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finger millet flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Warm water, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the finger millet flour and salt.
  2. Add warm water gradually and knead the mixture to form a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into round discs using your palms.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the flattened discs on it.
  5. Cook the flatbreads for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
