Finnish Salmon Burger

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, dill, red onion, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
