Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of salmon on each tortilla, topping with shredded cabbage, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
