Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, Sichuan peppercorns, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, and green onions to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken wings to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side until they are crispy and fully cooked.
- Remove the wings from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and additional chili flakes if desired before serving.
