Ingredients
- 500g fresh firefly squid

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean the firefly squid by removing the head and internal organs. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
- Place the cleaned squid in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated squid and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are just opaque.
- Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sliced green onions.
