Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the firefly squid by removing the head and internal organs. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
