Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red chili, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Fresh coriander, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and chili until softened.
