Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the eggplant strips and cook until they are soft and slightly browned.
