Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets

Instructions
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned fish fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
