Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, salt, sugar, and turmeric powder to make the spicy salt mixture.
- Coat the fish fillets with the spicy salt mixture, then dust them with cornstarch.
