Ingredients
- 500g mixed seafood (such as cod, salmon, and shrimp)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 leek, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, leek, and celery, and cook until softened.
- Add the potatoes, carrots, and fish or vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
