Ingredients

  • 1 liter fish or vegetable stock
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
