Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or haddock)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the fish fillets.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
