Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
