Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and snow peas, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
