Five Fingers Dumplings (beshbarmak Manty)

Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pinch the edges together to seal the dumplings.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the dumplings for 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the dumplings from the water and serve hot.
