Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pinch the edges together to seal the dumplings.
  4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the dumplings for 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  5. Remove the dumplings from the water and serve hot.
