Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cut into chunks

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, add the beef, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40-45 minutes until the beef is tender.
  2. Add the potatoes and carrots to the pot and continue to cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, egg, and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into thin strips.
  4. Add the dough strips to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.
