Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4-5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, add the beef, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 40-45 minutes until the beef is tender.
- Add the potatoes and carrots to the pot and continue to cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, egg, and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Roll the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into thin strips.
- Add the dough strips to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.
- Remove the pot from the heat and serve the Five Fingers Porridge hot.
