Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, egg, and water.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape them into balls. Let them rest for another 10 minutes.
- On a floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into a thin sheet.
- Spread ghee or butter on the rolled-out dough, then fold it into a square or spiral shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the roti canai until golden brown and flaky on both sides.
- Repeat with the remaining dough balls.
