- 4 papads
- 2 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part into a small disc.
- Place a papad on one disc, sprinkle red chili powder, cumin seeds, and garam masala on top, and cover it with another disc. Seal the edges carefully.
- Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha using some dry flour for dusting.
- Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, adding oil as needed.
- Repeat the process for the remaining dough and papads.
