Ingredients
- 500g minced lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder

- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced lamb, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a kebab on a skewer.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the kebabs for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a serving platter.
