Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off the excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
