Fluffy Ragi Idli

Ingredients
- 1 cup ragi (finger millet) flour
- 1/2 cup urad dal (black gram lentils)
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Rinse the urad dal and fenugreek seeds, then soak them in water for 4-6 hours.
- Grind the soaked dal and fenugreek seeds into a smooth batter.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ragi flour with water to form a thick batter.
- Combine the urad dal batter with the ragi batter, add salt, and mix well.
- Allow the batter to ferment for 8-10 hours.
- After fermentation, pour the batter into idli molds and steam for 10 minutes.
- Once done, remove the idlis from the molds and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
