Ingredients
- 8 flying fish fillets
- 1 cup cornmeal

- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean and season the flying fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Gradually add the cornmeal, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add the chopped okra, onion, garlic, tomato, and green bell pepper to the pot with the cornmeal. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and the okra is tender.
- In a separate skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the seasoned flying fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
