Ingredients

  • 4 flying fish fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Dredge the flying fish fillets in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
