Ingredients
- 4 flying fish fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge the flying fish fillets in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
