Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a small ball.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
