Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a small ball.
  8. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for 15 minutes.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
