Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails, shells removed and meat chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
